They're now looking for a Hardy Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager in maintaining high standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team.
Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays for maximum seasonal impact.
Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability.
Conduct sales analysis, produce reports, and take action based on findings.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.

About You:

Strong knowledge of hardy plants, including perennials, shrubs, and trees.
Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
Experience in a supervisory capacity - or capability to step up.
A keen commercial eye and an ability to analyse data - then making targeted improvements/decisions based on data.
Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations and merchandising.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
