Supervisor (Part-Time) – Pandora
Join to apply for the Supervisor (Part-Time) role s is a permanent, 24 hours per week, part‑time position with a flexible schedule across all days of the week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Hourly pay: £13.61 – £13.61 per hour. Monthly bonus scheme: 10–20% of sales targets achieved. Additional benefits include a generous jewelry uniform allowance, employee discount, ‘wear box’ access, retail, hospitality and entertainment discounts, and a comprehensive wellness package.
The roleAt Pandora, we believe in creating moments that matter. As a Supervisor you’ll lead the retail floor, coach and inspire a high‑performing team, and ensure a world‑class customer experience.
What you’ll do Sales floor- Hold daily team briefs and motivate the team to beat KPIs.
- Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling the selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs.
- Perform store walks, focusing on commerciality and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success.
- Handle serious complaints with professionalism and care.
- Build a bond between the brand and customers, answering queries and adapting to individual needs.
- Use deep product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity skills.
- Act as key holder and execute opening/closing procedures.
- Conduct cash management and till reconciliation.
- Assist with recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary hearings.
- Handle product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing in correct areas.
- Operate till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain shop floor safety and follow security policies.
