• Monitor and help achieve store KPIs, supporting the Store Manager to drive performance.
• Motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, maximizing every sales opportunity.
• Support the Store Manager in training and development of team members.
• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Visual merchandising of products in conjunction with brand guidelines.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain housekeeping to a high standard, ensuring a healthy and safe store.
• Provide customers with information about product features, benefits, and stock availability.
• Implement markdown and price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy, presentable and replenish as needed.
• Process deliveries in a timely manner.

• A passion for selling and interacting with customers.
• Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
• Experience in Retail.
• Experience managing a small team is desirable but not essential.

• Above statutory holiday: 33 days per year (inc. bank holidays); after five years an extra 2 days.
