What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and coaching the team

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy retail environment

• Driving sales and achieving store targets

• Managing stock, deliveries, and ensuring strong retail standards

• Taking ownership of operations when the Store Manager is away

• Creating a positive and energetic workplace where the team can thrive

What We Are Looking For:

• At least two years' experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or Supervisor

• A background in high-volume, fast-paced retail, ideally from discount, variety, or lifestyle retail

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and manage stock effectively
