Position: Net new - Sales executive (m/f/d) - Invest

Overview

Thinkproject is recruiting for a Training Expert in a role focusing on acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and driving strategic sales in the UK. The company offers a Connected Data Ecosystem for information management across building, infrastructure, and energy industries.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire net new customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new logos and achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Engage with new customers to build relationships, identify and document customer challenges, and present the value proposition.
  • Deal negotiation: discuss terms and close deals that are agreeable to both client and company.
  • Market analysis: monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales strategy implementation: develop territory-specific plans to achieve targets and expand into untapped markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Sales, Services, Marketing, Partner Management).
  • Track sales metrics and report data to leadership and use it to inform strategic decisions and forecasts.
What you need to fulfill the role

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions in the field.
  • Experience in new customer/new logo acquisition and outcome-based solution selling.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Located in the UK and able to go to the office when needed.
