As a result of sustained growth and significant investment, they are recruiting a high calibre Head of Sales to set and implement their growth strategy moving forward. Specifically they are looking to grow their "offline" sales with a particular focus on major project, bids and tenders.

You will be on an upward career trajectory, perhaps frustrated in a restrictive corporate environment. You will be aspirational and looking for a Head of Sales role, where you will form part of the senior leadership for the business.

Experience of industrial sales is not required. Most important is your experience in leading sales, bids and tenders teams to identify and win major projects.

You will be a data driven sales leader, utilising analytics to recognise gaps and lost sales opportunities and implementing sales process improvements to rectify them.
