Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager role at RECRUITMENT HELPLINE LTD in Gloucestershire.

Base salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure (Realistic OTE £38,000 - £40,000 P.A).

Job Overview: Motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team at FASTSIGNS Gloucester. Strong background in B2B sales and excellent analytical skills. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Achievable OTE between £38,000 - £40,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify potential clients and conduct thorough market research to understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
