✨ About the Role

We're looking for 2x Locum Adult Social Workers to join our Gloucester Locality Team.
In this role, you'll listen deeply to the people of Gloucestershire, understand what truly matters to them, and connect them to the right resources so they can live independently or with support.

You'll also support individuals through times of crisis, helping them regain stability and control.
We use the Three Conversations model, focusing on strengths, relationships, and community networks. 💬🤝🌱

💼 What You'll Need

✔️ Social Work England registration
✔️ ASYE completed or minimum 2 years' statutory Adult Social Care experience
✔️ Experience in multi-agency working & court settings
✔️ Strong understanding of relevant legislation, models, and theories
✔️ Full UK driving licence & access to a car (reasonable adjustments considered)
