This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am
The main responsibilities includes
- Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods
- Control stock movement
- Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries
- Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
- Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial
- Experience of managing a small team would be ideal
- Good communication skills are essential
- Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal
The pay-rate is £14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to £15.42 with training
