Position: Tax Client Growth Executive

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded tax professional who enjoys building client relationships and driving revenue. The firm delivers high-quality tax services to a broad client base and now seeks someone who can combine tax knowledge with a flair for upselling additional services.

In this role, you will lead a small team while actively identifying opportunities to expand the services clients use. You will be rewarded for delivering commercial results, fostering client loyalty, and coaching your team to combine technical expertise with business development.

Tax Client Growth Executive– About

The Role
  • Lead and motivate a client-focused team, ensuring excellent service and compliance
  • Identify upselling opportunities and actively grow revenue from existing clients
  • Build strong client relationships, pitching additional services in a consultative way
  • Track and report on team KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and commercial results
  • Provide coaching to team members on combining technical tax knowledge with business development
  • Ensure all Self-Assessment and compliance processes are accurate and timely
  • Analyse client portfolios to spot trends, opportunities, and revenue potential
The successful candidate will have:
  • Practical UK tax experience, ideally in a client-facing or practice environment
  • Proven commercial awareness and interest in driving growth through upselling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in leading a small team and achieving targets
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a results-driven mindset
