We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specialises in delivery of high end residential projects across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor with ideally at least 1 year experience in the role to work alongside the Commercial Director.

• Helping the Senior Surveyor with commercial Surveying of sites
• Projects vary in size from £50k - £2m
• Normally circa 10 x projects on at any one time

• Quantity Surveying biased degree or similar qualification
• At least a year's experience after University working for a Main Contractor in the Surveying department.

• Competitive salary in the region of £30k - £40k, maybe more depending on experience and potential for this to rise
