Senior Architectural Technologist

My Clients Based on the outskirts of Godalming are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding technical team.

If you are a Senior Architectural Technologist with around 7-10 years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant high end residential within a small talented team this could be the opportunity to heighten your career

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist candidate will Primarily work on projects from conceptual through to completion, Have a good understanding of current building regulations be open to site work as well as Technical drawing. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior.

This will be an opportunity to work with one of the areas established practices, leading on High end Residential and commercial projects across the South.

Requirements for the Successful Senior Technologist are:

• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in UK practice
• Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and UK construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities
• Experience mentoring Junior staff members
• Site experience (Desirable)
• Ability to work independently and part of a team

The successful Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of 40,000 - 50,000 dependent on experience as well as generous company benefits and opportunities for progression
