Senior Architectural Technologist

Overview

My Clients Based on the outskirts of Godalming are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding technical team.

• Primarily work on projects from conceptual through to completion.
• Have a good understanding of current building regulations and be open to site work as well as technical drawing.
• You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff.
• This will be an opportunity to work with one of the area s established practices, leading on High end Residential and commercial projects across the South.

• Minimum of 7-10 years  experience in UK practice
• Relevant Qualification - HND, HNC, Architectural Degree
• Thorough understanding of building regulations and UK construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Great technical knowledge and drawing capabilities
• Experience mentoring Junior staff members
• Site experience (Desirable)
• Ability to work independently and part of a team

The successful Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience as well as generous company benefits and opportunities for progression.
