Are you a compassionate and reliable Support Worker who takes pride in helping others remain independent in their own homes?

Do you have a driving licence and a genuine desire to make a difference across your local community?

We’re looking for Domiciliary Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults living in their own homes across the Surrey and Hampshire border. You’ll play a key role in ensuring people receive support that’s tailored to their individual needs — promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing personal care including assistance with washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene in a respectful and supportive manner.

* Supporting with mobility, safe moving and handling, and the appropriate use of aids and equipment.

* Assisting with medication in line with training and care plans.

* Monitoring health and wellbeing, recording observations, and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.

* Offering emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to live as independently and actively as possible.

* Supporting with domestic tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.

* Accompanying clients to appointments, community activities, and social outings.

What We’re Looking For

* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for travelling between client homes).

* Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care.

* Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and families.

* Willingness to complete training and an Enhanced DBS check.

What’s on Offer

* Hourly pay: £12.49 – £14.00 per hour (DOE).

* Flexible working pattern with opportunities for days, evenings, and weekends.

* Ongoing training and professional development.

* Supportive, team-oriented environment where quality care comes first.

If you’re passionate about delivering care that truly changes lives, we’d love to hear from you.
