We're working on behalf of one of the UK's most respected independent referral hospitals to recruit an exceptional Clinical Services Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a senior, RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon to take on a strategic leadership role within a thriving, multi-disciplinary clinical setting.

As Clinical Services Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations across the hospital, ensuring excellence in patient care, workflow efficiency, and team wellbeing.

You will work closely with the Clinical Director and senior clinicians, while directly managing team leads across nursing, rehabilitation, diagnostics, and scheduling.

This is not just a management role; it's a chance to shape the future of a specialist referral centre renowned for its standards, innovation, and team culture. You will be expected to drive quality assurance, optimise clinical resourcing and rota planning, lead health and safety compliance, and support ongoing training and development across the hospital team.

The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and compassionate, with demonstrable leadership experience in a clinical or veterinary setting.

Experience managing large teams, a passion for delivering high‑quality care, and the ability to balance operational oversight with hands‑on team support are essential.
