Warehouse Team Leader Late shift

Warehouse Team Leader – Wren Kitchens, Howden, England (full‑time, shift Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:30).

Salary: £31,500 + £1,000 shift allowance + Quarterly Bonus up to £250

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate efficient replenishment to maintain availability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Uphold health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and support team training and development initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of operatives to achieve consistent performance.

Additional responsibilities: Ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within warehousing, logistics, or retail.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of stock control and replenishment processes.
• IT proficiency, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and working hours.
