Guardian Industries – a manufacturing company based in Goole, East Yorkshire, UK.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fabrication team on the coatings line at our Goole glass manufacturing plant. The plant is a lower‑tier COMAH site operating a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

• Safely operate production and mobile plant equipment.
• Ensure quality compliance against pre‑defined specifications.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the production process.
• Communicate effectively with leaders and peers.
• Adopt a proactive approach to safety and hazard assessment.

• Meticulous eye with keen attention to detail.

• Control room experience.
• Quality control experience.
• Risk assessment experience.
• FLT/Crane experience is a plus.

• 12‑hour shift pattern (DDNN RRRR).
• Starting salary £32,017.44 + 20% shift premium.
