Machine Operators for an established manufacturing client in Gorham, ME

This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and contributing to production goals. You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, assist with maintenance and repairs, and become part of a team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Typical daily duties:- Monitor, remove, replace, and clean tooling on production equipment
- Track production output, report scrap, and meet daily production schedules
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain standing throughout the shift
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production line troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and willingness to work overtime as needed
