• Report to the Management Team.
• Support customers’ fleet service requirements.
• Interpret customer needs and provide timely resolutions.

• Desirable: previous vehicle fleet administration experience.
• Customer service or administrative background acceptable.
• Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
