Are you a CAD Technician from a mechanical background with experience on Inventor, Solid Works or similar, looking to join a rapidly expanding company at the forefront of their niche industry, offering world class training on a bespoke software system?

In this role you will be designing, constructing and assembling various structures that are supplied to established national construction companies. You will be given on-the-job training, as well as course enrolment that will teach you a bespoke, specialist, in-house software, allowing you to become an expert in this specialist field.

Founded over 35 years ago, this company employs over 120 people, and they are currently looking to expand, due to increased workload. They currently have orders backed up to the end of 2026 and have a big focus on R&D to revolutionise the industry making this an exciting time to join.

This role would suit somebody who has experience with 3D CAD, perhaps from a manufacturing or sheet metal background, looking to further their skill set with guided training on a specialist software package.

The Role:

• Designing specialist structures for use in the construction industry
• Using a bespoke 3D CAD package with full training given inhouse
• Fully office based, Monday to Thursday 8am - 5:30pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday

• Experience using a 3D CAD package (Inventor, Solid Works, or similar)
