Team Clerk​/Receptionist - Older Persons Mental Health Team

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organised person who enjoys being part of a team. This is an opportunity to join the Fareham and Gosport Older Persons Community Mental health Team as a Team Clerk/Receptionist. You must have excellent communication and IT skills commensurate with this role.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients and any visitors. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day administration tasks such as scanning and filing, room bookings, making and receiving telephone calls, document management and all other administrative duties as required by the service.

We are looking for someone who likes to be busy; works well in a team and can communicate well with staff and members of the public. You will be an effective and experienced receptionist and administrator, comfortable with using your own initiative.

As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer‑focused approach. Previous experience of working within an NHS environment is desirable, full training will be provided.

This role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm based at Aerodrome House.
