A day in this role Picture your Monday–Friday:
You meet your crew, load materials, and head to a homeowner’s property. You’ll assist with setting and securing replacement windows to Mad City installation standards, wrap exterior/interior finishes for a clean look, and handle touch‑ups to meet quality specs. As the project wraps, you’ll join the walk‑through, confirm satisfaction, and help obtain authorization for final payment. Before you roll out, you’ll complete the carpentry checklist with the homeowner and debrief with your manager.
What you’ll getBase hourly pay: $20/hour Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

What you’ll do Assist with installing home remodeling products to Mad City’s standards and procedures
Apply finish work for each construction application, including window wrapping
Communicate with management at job completion to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner
What you bring6+ months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction
Hands‑on background with window replacements and/or wrapping windows
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Clear, professional communication and customer service skills
