Position: COILED TUBING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
:
Ensure that Trican’s core value, “We won’t put anyone in harm’s way” is the priority in all activitiesConfirm all necessary product and equipment is loaded and ready for transport prior to leaving baseConfirm with customer that all quantities, types of fluid, additives, and mixing processes meet with customer and program requirementsPerform pre and post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required formsPerform rig-in and rig out of all equipment for travelConvey all safety concerns and procedures to customers and rig crews on siteComplete all applicable paperwork upon job completion and forward to applicable personnelMonitor available hours to work and drive and hours worked for operatorsAssist in the development, evaluation, and training of all related personnel as well as provide guidance, leadership, and discipline to all employeesEnsure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirementsExperience &
Skills:
Valid Class 1 Driver's license is requiredMinimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations is requiredN2 and Fluid experience is an assetHigh school diploma is an assetSafe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requestedPhysically demanding - heavy lifting requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSkilled in problem-solving techniquesWhat Makes Us Attractive:
