The Opportunity

E3M Solutions is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer and technical subject matter expert to contribute to the continued growth of our engineering team. This role is ideal for

someone who enjoys digging into technical challenges, developing practical mechanical system designs, and applying engineering knowledge to solve real-world problems.

You will contribute to internal turnkey projects and external engineering engagements, including design/build, design/assist, and bid/spec projects. From evaluating existing conditions and developing system designs to coordinating with clients, contractors, and other disciplines, you will play an important role in delivering solutions that perform in the real world.

We are looking for someone who brings strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your work, working through complex technical questions, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for the team and our clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Technical Expertise:
  Apply in-depth mechanical engineering knowledge to develop effective, code-compliant designs that address client needs and project requirements.
• Hands-On Problem-Solving:
  Evaluate existing systems, investigate technical challenges, and develop practical solutions that balance performance, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
• System Integration:
  Coordinate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines to support well-integrated, constructible designs.
• Energy Efficiency and Sustainability:
  Identify opportunities to improve building performance, reduce energy consumption, and deliver sustainable solutions without losing sight of project budgets and client priorities.
• Project Ownership:
  Take accountability for technical quality, project deliverables, deadlines, and the ongoing development of your engineering expertise.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication:
