IT Business Partner Central Belt of Scotland - on site working 5 days per week Up to £70,000 + excellent benefits

Head Resourcing are delighted to be working with a major player in the shipping and logistics industry as they look to hire an experienced IT Business Partner. This is a new and strategic role for our client as they look for that conduit between their IT function and their business units to ensure that technology initiatives are closely aligned to operational goals.

As our client's organisation has grown, the demand for innovative digital solutions has continued to increase, alongside rising expectations from customers and internal stakeholders. While IT teams are under pressure to deliver major programmes and ongoing improvements, specialist resources are not always available for effective business partnering. This is where the IT Business Partner role comes in to bridge this gap, ensuring strategic and operational initiatives are delivered that might otherwise be delayed or overlooked.

• Demonstrable experience in IT Business Partner positions or similar (business analysis or a related technology role)
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, operational systems, and process optimisation
• Proven ability to manage projects that span multiple teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits
• Experience supporting or deputising for senior IT leadership is desirable
