Line Controller – Line 6 Shift 2
Company: Pilgrim's Europe
We are looking for a Line Controller to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This role focuses on ensuring product safety and quality by setting up, adjusting, and monitoring process machinery during production.
Responsibilities- Set up and adjust process machinery to meet product safety and quality standards.
- Monitor product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.
- Fill machines with ingredients, including lifting up to 25 kg bags.
- Efficiently run the line and manage changeovers when producing different products.
- Report any issues with product or machinery to the line manager for resolution.
Monday to Friday – 06:00‑14:00 / 14:00‑22:00 alternating.
