We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Dartford on a short-term basis, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, supporting clients with orders, queries, and day-to-day requests.

• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing a professional and timely response.
• Accurately process customer orders and maintain records.
• Support customers with stock availability, pricing, and delivery updates.
• Resolve queries efficiently to ensure a smooth service.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet targets and deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and reliable individual with a strong customer focus.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administration is desirable.

• Short-term role with potential for extension.
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours (no evenings or weekends).
