Overview
A friendly and respected firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its Gravesend office, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)
- Transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and refinancing
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
- Stamp duty procedures, title checks, searches, and enquiries
- Landlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender
- Business acquisitions and sales
- Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE
- Experienced managing cases independently
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Highly organised and proactive in a busy environment
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
