Location: Gravesend, Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm

You’ll join a forward-thinking firm that values your expertise and supports your ongoing professional development in a positive environment.

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney.
• Advise and support clients with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and external professionals.
• Keep up to date with changes in private client law and best practice.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards.

• 36 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
• UK private practice experience
  .
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and related areas.
• Excellent client care, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
