Multiskilled Operatives

Overview

This is a role for Multi Skilled Operatives to perform a selection of key support roles to ensure the smooth running of a busy fresh cut fruit factory. The actual pay is based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Level 1 £ 12.57 per hour
Level 2 £ 13.13 per hour
Level 3 £ 13.62 per hour
Paid weekly

• Operating process machinery
• Transfer of fruit
• Traceability paperwork
• Stock counting
• Ensuring equipment is where it is needed
• Full training provided for all activities

• Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English and numeracy skills
• This role involves some heavy lifting (e.g. fruit boxes)

Days and hours:
Sunday to Wednesday (4 days on 3 days off per week) — 05:30 to 17:30 (Day Shift)
