Prep World is looking for a
Production Team Leader
on Wednesday to Saturday Day shift, who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications

• Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of work: Wednesday - Saturday,05:30 - 17:30 (Days)

Pay: Starting at £12.81per hour(level
1), climbing through to £13.13(level
2), and then £15.53(level
3) after full training and development
