Nano Temper helps scientists tackle some of the most complex challenges in molecular characterization by providing trusted, high-quality tools that accelerate drug discovery, development and manufacturing. We are scaling from a successful, profitable company into a global leader in the life sciences tools industry and we’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who can both drive revenue directly and lead a growing team.
If you are energized by selling, building strategies, coaching others, and shaping how we grow in Western & Northern Europe, this role is for you. We are prioritizing individuals physically located in the UK.
- Drive business growth

Own a sales territory in UK, managing both customer acquisition and strategic account expansion. - Lead by example

Act as a hands‑on manager, in closing deals yourself while coaching and supporting Sales and Field Application Specialists. - Set the direction

Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for Western and Northern Europe, aligning with our broader company goals. - Inspire and enable
:
Motivate your team, foster collaboration, and create a culture of accountability and success. - Be a trusted partner
:
Build long‑term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, becoming a go‑to resource in the region. - Collaborate cross‑functionally

Work closely with colleagues in Global Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. - Deliver results

Provide accurate forecasts, maintain a robust pipeline, and consistently exceed targets.
What You’ll Bring
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, or a related Life Science field.
- Proven sales experience in the life sciences sector, ideally 2-5 years.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex research workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Self starter with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding networking abilities and an existing network.
- Up to 50% of overnight travel for customer visits and conferences.
