Grays, Essex Salary : £25,000 per annum (Base Salary) / £40,000 OTE Requirements :
Full UK Driving License, Own Car Essential

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency in Grays, Essex. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in property sales and negotiations, looking to take the next step by starting to value properties.

• Conduct property viewings and negotiations to secure sales.
• Assist in providing accurate property valuations.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate property information.
• Proactively seek new business and sales opportunities.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process.

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales negotiation role within the property sector.
• Strong understanding of the local property market in Grays and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and evolve into a role that includes property valuations.
• Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.

• Competitive base salary of £25,000.
• Attractive OTE of £40,000.
