Junior Sea Freight Assistant

Location: Borough of Thurrock

Are you looking to enter the Sea Freight industry?

We are working with a Global client who have their UK offices in the London Gateway Logistics Park, Stanford Le Hope, Essex and are looking for a candidate who is looking for a career within the shipping and logistics industry. Our client offers a comprehensive end to end service, including storage, transport solutions, project management, supply chain planning and lots lots more.

They are looking to expand their team and ideally looking for a junior to join their experienced team and start a great opportunity within Sea Freight. Being part of this team will offer first hand mentoring experience and expertise.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for:

* communicating effectively with UK and overseas agents via phone and email

* providing accurate freight quotes

* inputting data into the in-house system

* preparing and issuing invoices

All the above will be included in part of your training.
