Warehouse Shift Manager

40 hours per week. Working on a 2‑shift rotating pattern, either 6amDrain 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and to cover other shifts, including nights 10pm to 6am, to suit business needs.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey. Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, delivering iconic beers and soft drinks.

• Providing the skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full
• Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs
• Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectives
• Supervising a team of operatives on the late shift
• Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Check for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP
• Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
• Experience working in a warehouse for an FMCG
• FLT licence (desirable) and experience (essential)
• Manual Handling
• Customer Service
