Regional Sales Manager

The brands that win in MT obsess over Strategic Account Planning, and Lowes is staffing this Regional Sales Manager role to do exactly that. The reward structure favors doers: $81,000 - $123,000 upfront, real sales marketing ownership, and a Lowes team pulling the same direction.

• Translate MEDDPICC dashboards into stories the sales floor actually uses
• Talk numbers with finance, then talk vision with prospects
• Support manager account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy
• Sniff out the MEDDPICC gap that's leaking deals at handoff
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
• Lead service-minded go-to-market efforts for products launching in MT

• Hands-on experience with modern Salesloft workflows and tooling
• Cross-functional ease, from Solution Selling engineers to Salesloft marketers
• Ownership-driven problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support manager teammates
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking

Lowes took a tired corner of the sales marketing world and rebuilt it, brick by brick, from a small office in Great Falls, MT. Candid, kind feedback is part of the job, and we coach toward growth rather than blame.

We pair a $81,000 - $123,000 salary with health, dental, and vision plans, plus annual bonuses tied to team performance.
