We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to lead the planning and delivery of our global exhibitions, trade shows, and external webinars. This role will also be responsible for managing our professional body memberships to maximise industry engagement and visibility. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high‑impact marketing activities across international markets.

Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is required.

Who We Are

Pulsar Measurement is part of the TASi Measurement group and is a worldwide leader in ultrasonic instrumentation for wastewater, industrial, and environmental markets. Since 1986 we have developed, manufactured and marketed industrial flow and level monitoring instruments including ultrasonic level transmitters, clamp‑on ultrasonic flow meters, and open channel flow meters. The newly restructured TASi Measurement, our parent group, has successfully grown companies who consistently deliver world‑class products and services, focusing on our global customer needs in diverse market segments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute our global exhibition and trade show calendar.
  • Manage stand bookings, logistics, promotional materials, and pre/post‑event communications.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to align messaging and on‑stand activity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation across all events.
  • Evaluate and report on event performance, including leads, engagement, and ROI.
  • Schedule, promote, and host live webinars for external audiences.
  • Coordinate presenters, content, technical setup, and audience follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling topics that support our brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor attendee data and feedback to continuously improve event impact.
  • Manage our annual membership renewals and engagement with industry associations.
  • Identify and support opportunities for speaking slots, award entries, or promotional collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date representation of our business across partner platforms.
  • Analytical assessment of our events, including their promotion.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns as required, including social media.
  • Maintain records, timelines, and budgets for all assigned activities.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy in all event‑related activity.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, events, or communications role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver complex projects across teams and time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Webinar Ninja, Dot Digital and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working in a technical or B2B environment is an advantage.
