Youll be working on precision components to exacting standards and tolerances, offering technical variety and the chance to make a real impact on high‑quality products.

• Setting and operating CNC grinding machines (multi‑axis where applicable).
• Working to fine tolerances and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
• Using precision measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, shadow graphs, and CMM.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

• Apprentice‑trained or time‑served in a machine shop environment.
• Experienced in CNC grinding operations (cylindrical, surface, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tooling.
• Competent in precision measurement and quality control.
