Contract Maintenance Engineer Kent (North Kent) (Outside IR35)
Rate:
Outside IR35 LTD or Umbrella
Monday to Friday days only- can work up to 60 hours

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to join a packaging manufacturer. This is a hands-on, long-term contract where you'll keep high-speed production lines running smoothly in a modern, well-invested site.
Key Duties
Preventive and reactive maintenance of machinery
Mainly Mechanical with some electrical fault finding and repairs
Work on conveyors and automated production equipment
Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship / NVQ / C&G)
Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in FMCG manufacturing
Multi-skilled preferred (mechanical & electrical)
Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment
