You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers toward the perfect jewellery piece. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
• Ability to serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell jewellery and related accessories.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in store events and promotions.

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, preferably with Fine Jewellery experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and results‑oriented approach.
• Passion for jewellery storytelling and a keen eye for style.
• Organised and detail‑oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
