Salary : £40,000 – £45,000+

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, purpose-built sports and leisure venue. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations, driving service excellence and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team across multiple departments.
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to uphold standards and engage customers.
• Work with marketing and events teams to drive sales and grow the business.

• Proven management experience in a high‑volume leisure, hospitality, or sports environment.
• Strong P&L and commercial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
