Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Team Leader is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalised service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long‑term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

• Motivate and inspire your team leading them to success
• Role model mentality leading by example
• Customer champion and brand ambassador
• On the spot coaching driving daily progress

• Minimum 1 year people management experience, preferably from a high‑style fashion background
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably from a high‑style fashion background
• Previous experience managing large teams (approx. 20 plus)
• Worked in a high turnover store before
• Passion for fashion and is extremely customer‑orientated
• Flair for VM, brand standards and training
• Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brand's image through it
• Natural leader and authentic individual
