You’re confident with systems and processes, comfortable communicating across teams, and motivated by a role that combines structure, problem‑solving and purpose.

This position would suit someone with experience in administration, planning, compliance support, supply chain coordination, or project assistance – someone who’s ready to take the next step into a more involved and rewarding commercial role.

  • Coordinate and manage commercial and compliance projects from planning through to completion.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Commercial Team.
  • Maintain and manage documentation for key certifications (FSC, PEFC, EUDR, BIS, BRCGS), including renewals and audits.

  • Maintain organised filing systems, trackers and project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, summaries and progress updates for management review.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners and internal departments to support smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with environmental and sustainability projects, including carbon reporting and Net Zero planning.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Previous experience in administration, compliance, or project coordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience with documentation, certification, or audit preparation preferred.
  • Analytical and data‑literate, comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and proactive.
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business practices.
