Job Summary:

Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Account Manager in Irving, TX, Lafayette, IN, Griffin, GA, or Alpharetta, GA.The Data Center Key Accounts Customer Support Team provides end-to-end customer support for Electric Power's strategic and managed data center accounts across Aftersales, Quality & Reliability, Support Operations & Aftermarket, and Commissioning Support. The Aftersales Account Manager is a key member of the Data Center Customer Support Team.  

Providing end-to-end customer support for Electric Power’s key data center accounts from delivery onward.  The global team works across Caterpillar, dealers, and customers to provide clear ownership, consistent execution, and proactive lifecycle support. Owns the post-delivery customer relationship and leads the aftersales strategy for assigned accounts, with a focus on reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction. Provides leadership for critical customer issues, coordinating internal, dealer, and customer resources from containment through resolution.

Drives account-specific support strategies, service campaigns, and dealer execution while proactively identifying lifecycle risks and opportunities for improvement. Builds sustainable product support capabilities that strengthen both customer and dealer performance.

What you will do:

Owns the post-delivery customer relationship and aftersales experience

Develops and executes account-specific aftersales strategies and support plans

Serves as the primary escalation point, leading critical issue containment and resolution to protect customer uptime

Drives account playbooks, service campaigns, and cross-functional resolution actions

Directs dealer product support execution and drives capability and continuous improvement plans

Identifies lifecycle support risks and opportunities proactively to improve reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction
