About us

NAViGO is a public‑service, not‑for‑profit social enterprise dedicated to the community. We put people who use the service first and aim to make the job enjoyable while building caring relationships with the local community.

In April 2011, North East Lincolnshire mental health services became a not‑for‑profit social‑enterprise called NAViGO.

Most people who use our services will continue to access them through the NHS. NAViGO continues to provide the mental health and social care services that the people of North East Lincolnshire expect: innovative services in a variety of settings, including people’s homes, GP practices and community‑based buildings.

We work closely with the community to provide dynamic, innovative services and to challenge the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions.

This social enterprise is about working together with local people to create services that are owned, controlled, supported and loyal to the community.

We are only interested in delivering services we would be happy for our own families to use.
