Service Advisor - Grimsby

• Basic Salary : £26,984
• OTE : £32,000
• 42.5 hours per week, Saturday mornings on a rota
• Main dealer
• Manufacturer training provided from the start

Our client is a well established Main Dealer with a great local reputation. They are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team in Grimsby. Customer facing experience and a great attitude to customers are essential for this role.

• Basic Salary of £26,984
• OTE of £32,000, based on group profits
• 30 days' holiday including bank holidays
• 42.5 hours per week, Saturday mornings on a rota

• To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
• Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
• Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
• Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
• Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.

• Have a good attitude to work at all times.
• Strong organisational Skills
• Experience with in the automotive sector is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills
• An understanding of vehicles and common issues
