EPR Portfolio Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary EPR Portfolio Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across the Group. Reporting directly to the Group EPR Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital healthcare by ensuring our EPR aligns with business needs, bridges the gap between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and supports integrated care initiatives across the Integrated Care System (ICS).

• Strong technical expertise combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional delivery skills and the ability to manage complex programmes.
• A collaborative, adaptable leader who fosters a positive culture and promotes work‑life balance across the team.

• Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and mentoring to the programme community.
• Develop detailed EPR roadmaps and strategies for systems development, integration, and data sharing across the ICP.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the overarching EPR plan, ensuring successful delivery of this critical programme.
• Work closely with Programme Managers, Clinical and Operational teams, Finance, Communications, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide line management for key EPR resources and matrix leadership across the Group.
