Project Manager – Renewable Service

Join Semco Maritime as a Project Manager in our Renewable Service team. You will lead offshore wind service projects across Germany, the United Kingdom, and Denmark, driving innovative solutions and a strong safety culture.

You will manage projects from early tender through planning, execution, and completion, acting as the primary contact for clients and service leads.

• Lead quotations, execution, and client communication.
• Clarify scopes and job details.
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and documentation.
• Prepare jobs, including risk assessments.
• Search for new opportunities after sales.

Minimum of five years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the offshore industry.

• Higher technical education.
• Fluency in English required;
  German a plus.
• Ability to plan assignments and deliver on time.
• Structured, flexible approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Based onshore in Grimsby, UK with offshore survey and inspection assignments. Expect around 25 travel days per year and frequent visits to other Semco locations.
