Advanced Operative

The Advanced Operator reports directly to the First Line Manager and is a proactive, highly skilled professional dedicated to optimising production equipment for maximum efficiency with minimal waste and downtime. The role involves meticulous planning, preparation and organisation of machinery, along with thorough documentation to support streamlined operations. By driving a culture of sustainable, continuous improvement, the Advanced Operator contributes significantly to the overall productivity and efficiency of the line.

We currently have a vacancy on our 2 x 8 (0600–1400 and 1400–2200) Mondays to Fridays. Pay: £14.18 per hour.

• Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
• Production & Packing experience
• Experience working in chilled and frozen environments working with meals production, coated fish products and white fish processing products
• Knowledge of fish products, production & packing products around coated processing
• Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures
• Ability to take part in production & packing segments of audits
• Ability to manage priorities and projects across your area / line
• A personal commitment to role model behaviours and to setting the standard
• A working understanding of Microsoft Office
• Numeracy and literacy skills
