We are looking for an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to join us at our Guelph location for tax season! As a member of the RLB team, you will be working directly with our firm managers and partners to prepare and review complex personal income tax returns from accounting records during our busy season. This is a temporary contract position beginning in March 2026 until April 2026.

• You have 3+ years’ experience preparing complex personal income tax returns.
• You have a good working knowledge of Case Ware, Tax Prep and Microsoft Office products.
• You have a proven ability to adapt, multi‑task, work independently and meet deadlines.
• You demonstrate an ability to be a team player but are also comfortable working on your own.
• You carry a high standard of integrity with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

This is a contract position from March to April 2026 in our Guelph office. Hours may fluctuate from week to week between part‑time and full‑time hours, including some evenings and Saturday mornings. This position will work closely with accounting team members and partners. There is an opportunity for hybrid work once initial training has been completed.
